POSITION: Standing in front of the platform, knee slightly bent to 150°.
ACTION: Grab straps, bend elbows to 90° and push arms upwards. Keep back strait and abdominals tensed.
MUSCLES: Deltoids, brachial biceps, hand flexors

POSITION: Keeping back strait and knees bent to 150°, grab straps.
ACTION: Pull upward, arm forward.

POSITION: Sitting on a bench, back facing the platform, grab straps with arm outward.
ACTION: Pull upward, with elbows slightly bent.
MUSCLES: Trapezius, deltoids and shoulder muscles.

BACK RAISE WITH BAND

POSITION: Standing with torso slightly inclined frontward and knees bent to 150°. Arms strait backward.
ACTION: Grab straps and pull upward.
MUSCLES: Trapezius, deltoids.
