 WARRANTY TERMS

The appliance is guaranteed to the first user for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the purchase date for defects of materials or manufacturing defects, provided that it is used properly and maintained in a normal operating condition.

In case the appliance is used for professional purposes, the warranty is valid for twelve (12) months from the purchase date for defects of materials or manufacturing defects, provided that it is used properly and maintained in a normal operating condition.

The warranty is limited in the following cases:
- six (6) months for included accessories like, for example, batteries, battery chargers, power supply units, cables, and so on;
- ninety (90) days for the supports including software like, for example, CD-roms, memory cards, and so on;

- no warranty for accessories and consumer material like, for example, electrodes, and so on.

This warranty is valid and effective in the country where the product is purchased. In case the product is purchased in a country in the European Community, the warranty is valid in all the countries of the Community.

For the warranty to be valid, the user must respect the following warranty clauses:
1. The products will have to be sent for fixing at the customer's expense in their original packing.
2. A payment document will have to be supplied (payment receipt or sales invoice), proving the product purchase date.
3. The repair will not affect the original warranty expiration date and will not imply its renewal or the extension.
4. In case that no defect is found on the product after examining it, the cost of the technical check will be charged anyway.
5. The warranty is void if the malfunction is caused by: shocks, falls, wrong or improper use of the product, use of a non-original power supply unit or battery charger, accidental events, product alteration, replacement/detachment of warranty seals and/or product tampering. Furthermore, it does not cover any damages caused during transportation due to improper packing.

6. The warranty does not cover the impossibility to use the product on the part of the user, any other incidental or consequential costs or any other expense on the part of the purchaser.
