Force Plate Assessment

The Piezoelectric platforms are applied on the floor or on the exercise machines in order to obtain a precise and direct measurement of force, power, speed of lower limbs work and, in some cases,of the upper ones.
The force plates are studied to be used singularly or in couple to have the possibility of differentiates and simultaneous evaluations and to record the muscular efficiency, the coordination level and possible unbalances.

Twin Plates features
Thanks to their special structure the force plates guarantee a direct acquisition of the data with a frequency of 2000 Hz and an absolute precision.
The plates are movable and can be placed, without particular setting up, both on the floor (for jump evaluations) and on exercise machines (horizontal press, back squat etc,).

The evaluation with force plates on isotonic machines are preferred with respect to the isocinetic measurements where the movements are unnaturally fixed.

MAIN APPLICATIONS:
- Analysis sports performance
- Evaluation and sports training
- Analysis of foot contact
- Analysis of the motor bilateral asymmetries
- Recovery of the postural balance after an orthopaedic surgical intervention
- Evaluation pre and post operation
- Locomotor analysis
- Rehabilitation and physiotherapy
- Sports injury and recovery
