BICEPS CURLS

POSITION: Standing in front of the platform, knee slightly bent to 150°.
ACTION: Grab straps, bend elbows to 90° and push arms upwards. Keep back strait and abdominals tensed.
MUSCLES: Deltoids, brachial biceps, hand flexors

ISOMETRIC BENCH DIPS

POSITION: Hands to the edge of the platform, feet on the floor and knees bent to 90°.
ACTION: Bend knees to 45° and keep isometric position with back strait and abdominals tensed.
MUSCLES: Triceps, dorsal and pectorals.

TRICEPS EXTENSIONS

POSITION: sitted on bench, with strait back, grab both straps over the head with elbows at 90°. 
ACTION: Pull forearm upwards.
MUSCLES: Triceps and pectorals..

PUSH UPS

POSITION: Knees on floor and hands on the platform, fingers forward.
ACTION: Bend elbows to 90°.
MUSCLES: Triceps, deltoids and pectorals
